Connect an LTE-M Rapid Development Kit

This article explains how you can connect your Orange LTE-M Rapid Development Kit to Maker, and run your first experiment.

What you will need

A Sodaq SARA board
An LTE-M SIM card
Arduino IDE installed. If you do not have (local) admin permissions on your computer, please select the ZIP file for non admin install.
AllThingsTalk Arduino LTE-M SDK Arduino library installed
AllThingsTalk Arduino LTE-M RDK Arduino library installed
Sodaq SARA AFF/SFF board support in your Arduino IDE; please follow this get started guide

This LTE-M Rapid Development Kit comes with three predefined experiments that will help you to get started quickly.

Guard your high-value assets. Get notified when and where your high value assets move unexpectedly or are exposed to sudden and brusk shocks that could be the cause of damage.
Monitoring perishable goods along the distribution process. Perishable goods need accurate and real time monitoring at every step of the distribution and transport chain from producer to consumer.
Guard and track your assets. Guard your valuable assets, get immediate notification when they move without your consent and keep track in real time about their exact location.
