About AllThingsTalk user accounts

Depending on the platform instance, you may be able to sign up for an account yourself, or may be invited by a space administrator to create an account.

Create AllThingsTalk Maker account

Signing up for AllThingsTalk Maker is easy and free of charge!
You can do so at maker.allthingstalk.com


The email address must be unique in the platform. You can’t register with the same email address twice.

After you have entered your information a verification Email is sent to the address you provided.


Check your SPAM folder to see if you email was not put there by accident! If you did not receive the email, you can either enter your Username or email address and click Resend activation Email.
  • When you have received the activation email, click on the link to activate your account.
  • You are redirected to the AllThingsTalk Maker. Enter your password for your account to sign in. Note that you must set MFA flow at this time.

Reset or change password

Reset password

In case you forgot your password, simply click Forgot password? and enter your Username or Email.
Hit Recover Password and an email will be sent with a new password. You can now log in again.

Change password

To change your password, go to your Account settings.

Data safety

Which data are being collected by AllThingsTalk

AllThingsTalk collects only user information that are required for securing your account, such as email and username.
We do not collect cookies, nor other personal information of any sort.

Data coming from your IoT devices is NOT considered personal, and refers to sensory data such as temperature, humidity, air quality etc. Even location data is NOT considered personal as it doesn’t refer to personal device location (such as phone, tablet or similar), but to the temprary location of a sensory device, which cannot be correlated with you as a human.

The above includes all of our IoT spaces, including the cloud platform, web applications, and mobile applications: AllThingstTalk Glance and AllThingsTalk Device Rollout.

Delete your account and data

You can choose to delete all of your data, including IoT data and personal data such as email and username. To do so please contact us at support@allthingstalk.com or at https://allthingstalk.zendesk.com/.
