Ground members with device editor permissions can debug devices

Ground owners can delegate device management to any ground member. Being able to see debug logs helps a lot in those cases.
Now, ground members who have device editor permissions can see DEBUG tab in the device page and view all the conversion debug logs.

View and copy Device ID in Devices list

Based on the user research we’ve added Device ID column in Devices list, enableing you to easily identify a device by it’s ID, or copy and paste the ID into your device code.
