Rules designer gets its own page

Rules designer now has its own page, making it much easier to use. Besides more space to work with, you can now search for your devices, pause, resume and rename your rule while creating it.

Ranges in Label widget

You can set ranges in Label widget, enabling you to have differently coloured labels for multiple ranges of values.
